Key Responsibilities:
- Tailor and tweak the system configuration according to your needs of performance, security and compliance with industry standards or the internal rules of your enterprise.
- Set-up of SAP CRM and IPM modules in accordance with business requirements. This includes creating rights, royalty agreements, terms of compensation and license management along controlled flows with rules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into system specifications.
- Make sure the settings fit well to your business you need to run processes based on intellectual properties.
- Test engineered systems thoroughly for all features to run properly.
- If required, provide also all SAP integration from and to other SAP modules.Within the sap CRM IPM system ensure integrated data with all external systems in order to support the end2end automation process.
- Discuss the system configurations with end-users and customer to gain feedback and provide revisions as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers and IT on technical issues related to systems integration.
