- Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephoneand/or emails in a courteous manner
- Document all pertinent end user identification information,including name, department, contact information and nature of problem orissue
- Update own availability in the RAVE system to ensureproductivity of the process
- Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions
- Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all clientqueries
- Resolve client queries as per the SLA’s defined in thecontract
- Access and maintain internal knowledge bases, resources andfrequently asked questions to aid in and provide effective problem resolution to clients

- Manufacturing Support: Providing support to the production team by assisting with the assembly, fabrication, or production of goods and products. This can involve operating machinery, handling materials, and following production processes.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that products meet quality standards by conducting visual inspections, performing tests, and identifying defects or deviations from specifications.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure a smooth production flow.
- Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal functioning and minimize downtime.

- Knowledge of test methodology and experience with software testing for AutoSAR compliant ECUs.
- Understanding of regression test and analysis.
