What your day will look like
- Focus on providing excellent support to customers by solving their ticket requests.
- Improve documentation with helpful problem-solving guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
- Lead campaigns that connect with multiple customers through digital channels like email, social media, and more.
- Identify both high-potential and high-risk customers from newly onboarded users.
- Help onboard new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes (such as Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and others).
- Work together with the Sales and Support teams to create plans that meet the customers’ needs.
- Stay in touch with your customers to quickly identify any risks or issues.
- Collect feedback from customers and present it in a way that the product team can easily review.
