Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AR follow-ups, Payer collections and denial management, end-to-end.
- Driver reduction in AR aging, DNFB and DSO.
- Manage payer calls, escalation and appeals (commercial, Medicare and Medicaid)
- Analyze AR Trends and take corrective action plans Lead, coach and develop large AR teams.
- Make sure it is HIPPA compliant with client SLAS and quality metrics.
- Consult with coding, billing and clients.
