What will you do?
- Extract data from databases and, based on business rules, manipulate the data
- For instance, develop interactive, visually attractive dashboards and reports by enabling the transfer of raw data into insightful information helping making well inform decision.
- Build ETL processes to extract and transform data for visualization.
- Link Tableau with different data sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and cloud applications.
- Tune Tableau dashboards and reports for performance and responsiveness.
- You will document design Tableau processes, source repositories and methods.
- Diagnose and resolve bottlenecks to improve the overall UX; Implementing error handling flows, Resolving quality data issues.
- Perform testing and validation of Tableau solutions for accuracy and stability.
What are we looking for ?
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Tableau
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or related field
- Strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL, or Oracle (Advance knowledge required)
- Must have experience working on multiple projects with reporting and data visualization background with Tableau and/or Alteryx
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Alteryx
- Prior work experience in SAP Business Object, TM1 will be a big plus
- Capable of managing tasks individually, with minimum supervision
