Roles and Responsibilities for Sr. Executive / Executive – Production
- Plan, direct and ensure the day-to-day production plan is executed on time.
- Completion of production targets on time
- Work with planning team to ensure a smooth workflow
- In-process production tracking and report deviations
- Ensure product quality in accordance with the company standards
- Follow-up for SOPS
- Finding defects and taking corrective action
- Support quality audits and inspections
- Operate and supervise production machines/equipment
- Set Up Machine Properly Before Production
- Keep an eye on machine performance and minimize downtime
- Work with maintenance for repairs
Eligibility Criteria
- Production process and manufacturing system knowledge
- SOP and GMP (if pharma) or quality standards such as ISO
- Fundamentals of machine operation and maintenance coordination
- It is an advantage to be familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in shifts and be under pressure.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to manage and lead a team (required for Sr. Executive)
