About the Role:
- Maintain an 8-hour turnaround time for Priority cases and a 24-hour resolution for others. Aim for 90% turnaround according to SLA.
- Ensure data quality is maintained at 99%.
- Perform self-audits before making any changes on WRP or SFDC.
- Manage workflows efficiently and prioritize cases and referrals.
- Consistently meet individual productivity targets, and focus on the team’s overall average for Cases/Referrals and Account Creations.
- Aim to complete tasks correctly the first time to avoid rework and escalations.
- Ensure no more than 1 client or stakeholder escalation per quarter.
- Contribute to improving the NPS by enhancing the customer billing experience.
- Double-check that billing and shipping details match the data provided by the requester.
- Set up correct e-billing contacts. Ensure clients confirm when a contact is removed.
- Make sure tax classifications are correct and keep exemption documents as required.
About You:
- Focus on stabilizing the processes that have been transitioned, ensuring minimal disruptions. Aim for high productivity and quality by staying determined, focused, and adaptable.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions regularly by managing your shifts and leaves properly.
- Create and update customer accounts as per the requests received.
- Work closely with the Order Management Team to process orders on time by completing customer data tasks efficiently
