Key Responsibilities:
- Give voice support to international/domestic customers on the phone (Inbound and Outbound).
- Develop a relationship with customers through direct and assured communication.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and first-time-resolution.
- Consult with the technical team to offer quicker solutions to technical problems.
- Liaise with the technical content department to determine the gaps in the help module.
- Should be ready to handle night shifts.
- Investigate suspicious activity, confirm incidents and assist in incident response and post incident reviews
- Work with development teams to fix findings and as a requirement into CI/CD pipelines resulting in code being scanned and checked before it is deployed.
- Clearly articulate findings, response action recommendations and security advice
