What you’ll do as the (L1- Service Desk)
- Be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance through phone, chat, and email.
- Essential IT support experience, handling clients worldwide (24/7).
- Strong team collaboration and effective communication via chat systems (Microsoft Teams, Skype, etc.).
- Experience troubleshooting and setting up desktop hardware and associated peripherals.
- Proficiency in computer operating systems (Windows), hardware diagnosis/setup, and software installation/troubleshooting.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Real-time ticket creation and documentation.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
- Identify the best solution based on SOPs/KBs and the information provided by customers.
- Guide customers through the troubleshooting process.
- Ability to meet tasks within SLA requirements.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Log events, problems, and their resolutions.
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
- Follow up and update customer status and information.
- Pass customer feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team.
- Suggest improvements to procedures and KB articles.
