Roles and Responsibilities for International chat Process-Customer Support
- Manage inbound calls to customers, and focus on account cancellations, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
- Re-activate users with convincing messages and individualized retention packages.
- Show profound knowledge on products/ services to assist and train consumers.
- Use systematic communication models to deliver effective and understanding solutions.
- Work with cloud-based systems and handle the process of interaction with customers and recording the details of the case.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fresher with excellent communication skills .
- At least 0 to 6 months of experience in customer service (International Chat process preferred).
- Prior experience in International Chat support is a strong advantage.
