- Own production of agendas, meeting notes, scheduling key sessions, and collaborating and producing presentations
- Own building of organizational charts, distribution lists, and calendars of key initiatives to manage and support the business
- Work with cross-functional teams to collaborate, arrive at decisions and plans of action, and execute for (add departments)
- Coordinate large internal and external meetings.
- Plan team offsites, business reviews, etc.
- Book multi-city travel for the senior leadership team as requested

- Partner Onboarding support – New partner account creation in SFDC
- Manage System access requests and approvals
- Partner Program Audit/Compliance
- Develop and maintain documented process as needed (Partner Onboarding, Deal Reg, Standard Operating Procedure)
- Collaborate with the finance team on channel programs including MDF, Back End Rebates and other channel investments, be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing processes to ensure timely payments and overall compliance of the program.
- Maintain SFDC Data Hygiene and audit on Partner data
- SFDC Partner account maintenance, program alignment, & hierarchy
- Partner Program support & any monthly updates to Partner Portal
- Channel Sales Operational and Support Metrics

- Ability to interface & collaborate with cross functional teams ( Finance, Deal desk, Legal, IT etc)
