ABOUT COMPANY

Baxter is a humanoid robot developed by Rethink Robotics. Introduced in 2011, Baxter quickly gained attention for its innovative design and user-friendly interface. Standing at about 3 feet tall and weighing 165 pounds, Baxter has a humanoid appearance with two arms, a torso, and a head. Its purpose was to work alongside humans in industrial settings, specifically in manufacturing and assembly tasks.

One of the standout features of Baxter is its safe interaction with humans. Equipped with sensors, including torque sensors, force sensors, and cameras, Baxter can detect and respond to human presence. This allows it to operate in close proximity to humans without posing a safety risk.

What You Will Be Doing As Data Operator

• Review and analyze supplier set up data for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure that all supplier data is entered into the system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in the supplier data.
• Communicate to the responsible person to obtain missing information or clarify data discrepancies.
• Maintain a high level of data quality and integrity through ongoing review and audit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of supplier set up activities.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to management as needed.
• Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly.
• Helpdesk Ticketing portal management, ensuring all queries to end users, technical & process related are managed daily and answered in a timely and professional manner.

Skills Required for Data Operator

• Experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to work and contribute as a member of a team in a challenging and dynamic environment; must be flexible in undertaking new and changing responsibilities
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills, displaying a high level of attention to detail
• A flexible attitude in adapting to new and varied work requests (
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal, including a good telephone manner
• Ability to communicate in fluent English is essential. Fluency in other European languages is a plus.
