What You Will Be Doing As An Human Resource

  • Recruitment and Selection: HR is responsible for attracting and selecting qualified candidates for job vacancies within the organization. This involves developing job descriptions, advertising positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
