Job Responsibility For Accounting Role

• Financial Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including recording financial transactions, preparing journal entries, and updating general ledgers.
• Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Accounts Payable: Managing the accounts payable process, including verifying and processing invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining vendor records. Reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable: Managing the accounts receivable process, including invoicing customers, monitoring payments, and following up on overdue accounts. Reconciling customer accounts and managing collections.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with internal financial records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.

Job Responsibility For MT-Sales Finance Role

• Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support sales strategies and decision-making. Analyzing sales performance, profitability, and pricing effectiveness.
• Sales Planning and Forecasting: Assisting in sales planning and forecasting activities, collaborating with sales teams to develop accurate sales projections and revenue forecasts. Monitoring actual sales performance against targets.
• Sales Reporting: Preparing and analyzing sales reports, including sales trends, market analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Presenting findings to management and sales teams to drive informed decision-making.
