What You Will Be Doing As Customer Service Admin

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: You will be responsible for promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media. This includes providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing and Tracking: You will handle order processing tasks, including verifying customer details, product availability, pricing, and processing payments. Additionally, you may track and update customers on the status of their orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Handling Complaints and Escalations: When customers have complaints or encounter difficulties, you will play a crucial role in listening to their concerns, empathizing with their situation, and finding appropriate solutions. In cases where issues need to be escalated, you will coordinate with supervisors or relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution.
