• Dialer Configuration: Configure and optimize dialing parameters and settings in the automated dialing system to ensure efficient and compliant outbound calling, considering factors such as call pacing, retry strategies, and campaign priorities.
• Campaign Management: Execute and monitor outbound calling campaigns, including managing lists, segmenting data, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of campaigns.
