What You Will Be Doing As Associate ,Prod & Tech

• Execute the end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes
• Provides product and technical knowledge, resolving issues surrounding installation, usage, upgrade, and training.
• May respond to customer calls and sends issue to appropriate level to satisfy customer requirements.
• Partners with Customer Service representatives to identify customer training and support needs.
• Execute standard and non-standard AR reporting, and distribute (where appropriate)
• Review and Process unallocated credits with the help of Cash application team
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status/ Produce routine reports timely and accurate
• Timely Collection.
• Execute the collections and dunning process
• Identify accounts due for collection
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Handle customer calls and customer facing communication, to maximize cash collected
• Execute standard dunning, and specialized dunning campaigns

What You Will Be Doing As Senior Manager, Parts Sales

• Generating Enquiries & timely response to customer/ Retailers with techno-commercial offer.
• Order bookings & billings for achieving the desired sales target.
• Meeting Design Consultants & Architects for the product approval, Specification activities should be conducted.
• Maintaining relationship with existing customers/ Retailers.
• Overall Receivable Management.
• Demonstrating & presenting our products, establishing new business, maintaining accurate records for the sales data.
• Focusing on OEM’s for new products.
• Maintaining customer data base & maintaining relationship.

Skills Required for the job

• Sales Leadership: Demonstrated experience and success in leading a team of sales professionals. Ability to provide guidance, motivation, and mentorship to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
• Parts Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge and understanding of parts sales, preferably in the specific industry or sector relevant to the position. Familiarity with the product line, customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Strategic Planning: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies, business plans, and initiatives. The ability to analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to optimize parts sales.
• Relationship Management: Excellent relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong partnerships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders. The ability to understand their needs, provide value-added solutions, and foster long-term relationships.
