Remote Job Opportunities – Roles & Responsibilities For Customer Success Associate
- Communicating with clients and providing suggestions
- Uploading designs into various portals for approval
- Checking on timelines and licensing related questions (internally and externally) to ensure Licensing Approvals are meeting their SLAs
- Improving the licensing experience for clients, colleges, and internal teams
