SoftwareOne Recruitment – Roles & Responsibilities For Business Development Manager
- Engage with customers on SoftwareONE portfolio.
- Hunt for a new customer in Bangalore, Chennai and Kerela region.
- Successful management of mid to large-scale, complex deal. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to mentor others.
- Familiarity and understanding of cloud-oriented practices and approaches including PaaS, Hybrid cloud, migration and modernization of applications using cloud, Big Data and Compute.
- Ability to solve customer & Partner problems through cloud technologies, specifically solutions related to new internal LOB apps and external facing apps, migration to cloud, Hybrid cloud & datacenter infrastructure modernization
- Identify cloud technologies & provide best-suited cloud solution to the customer based on the requirement (O365, Azure, AWS).
- Drive long-term cloud adoption with SWO’s cloud products and solutions, and work with partners to build a motion of public & private cloud, including a Go-To-Market strategy
- Execute on marketing campaigns to assist with sales efforts
- Prioritize opportunities to achieve consistent growth in targets and prepare our customers & partners for their journey to the cloud
- Develop and drive an updated and accurate sales pipeline
