- Outbound Calling: Making outbound calls to international clients/customers to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances and facilitate payment collections.
- Invoice Verification: Verifying invoices and payment details with clients to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or disputes promptly.
- Payment Reminders: Issuing payment reminders and negotiating payment arrangements with clients/customers who are delinquent on their accounts, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
