- Business Development & revenue generation Cash clients in terms of referral business & Credit clients in terms of Corporates & TPA / Insurance business
- Responsible for maintaining relationship with Referring physicians, Healthcare facilitators, Corporates & TPA clients
- Marketing Strategies, Negotiation, Budgeting & planning for business development
- Responsible for arranging Events, CME, seminar, Camps, Lectures, Corporate Programs etc at cash as well as credit segments
- Active participation in Branding the hospital in terms of Leaflets, Newsletters, Fliers, Mass mailers, Brochures etc
- Responsible for revenue collections & receivables
- Expansion of newer opportunities like out reach markets
- Majorly responsible for ensuring corporate tie-ups with PSUs & Non-PSUs, Doctors, Pharmaceutical companies, BPO, Media, NGOs etc for IPD / OPD treatments & Health Check up plans
- Regularly update with market surveys & competitor activities
- Brand building: Prepare and execute complete brand communications strategy plan for the AHN. The plan to include a complete breakup of both ATL & BTL activities.
- Work with the Corporate Branding team & support them to locally role out branding plans.
- Budgets, MIS & Control: To plan and prepare the annual brand communication budgets for the Unit and implement plans as per the budgets.
- To track the budgets, expenses and supplement MIS on the outcomes &RoI.
