  • Knowledge Base Management: Contribute to the development and upkeep of a comprehensive knowledge base by creating user-friendly articles, guides, and FAQs. Continuously update the knowledge base to reflect new troubleshooting techniques and product updates for internal and customer use.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, including developers and engineers, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Provide valuable user feedback to assist in product development, bug fixes, and enhancements, ensuring a seamless user experience.
