Walk-in Drive at Element5 -RPA support Engineer Responsibilities
- Bot Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of RPA bots and processes to ensure they are running as expected. This includes checking for errors, exceptions, and bottlenecks.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues that arise during bot execution. Identify the root causes of problems and implement solutions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incidents related to RPA processes. Escalate critical issues to higher levels of support or development teams when necessary.
- Bot Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on RPA bots, such as updating software components, applying patches, and ensuring that bots are compliant with security policies.
