- Manipulate data using intermediate Excel skills such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot tables, concatenations, comparisons, and additional functions as needed
- Analyze, research, and identify discrepancies in the data files used for reconciliation
- Demonstrate knowledge of the post-close documents and their status of completeness, able to review and verify chain of assignments/endorsements.
- Review Mortgage Documents for closed loans
- Follow simple and complex instructions
- Follow the Checklist and process steps
- Assist with performing quality control checks on input data to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized records of transactions, communications, and other relevant documents.
- Actively participate in meetings with stakeholders both onshore and offshore and send minutes of the meetings
- Collaborate with other departments to support and streamline operational processes.
- Contribute to effective internal and external communication to meet operational objectives.
