- Understand the value chain dynamics, determine the target supplier profile (business, operational, aspirational & people alignment)
- Define lead generation framework and playbook for identification of key seller profiles for different product lines.
- Onboard new vendors post initial price negotiations and contract signing.
- Create a pool of sellers for every product line to ensure pricing goodness and business continuity.
- Collaborate with Cat-Ops and supply chain teams to streamline the operational interdependencies between the supplier and Org’s supply chain.
