Walk-in Drive at IIFL– Gold Loan Manager Responsibilities
- Responsible for appraising the Gold Ornaments & verify KYC at Customers door step.
- Responsible to travel with in the assigned territory/cluster for disbursing loans as per the laid process.
- Coordinate with respective stakeholders for grievance handling related Customers, Disbursal, Process etc.

- Setting Sales Targets: Sales Managers are responsible for setting and communicating sales targets and quotas for the sales team. These targets should be challenging yet achievable and aligned with the organization’s overall goals.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth. This may include market analysis, competitive intelligence, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and mentoring the sales team. Sales Managers are responsible for building a high-performing team by providing coaching, feedback, and support to help team members meet their individual and collective targets.
