What You Will Be Doing As An Talent Acquisition Analyst
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing telephonic screenings
- Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and offer process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with defined process
