- Sales of Microsurgery product portfolio (Neuro, ENT, P&R/ Spine) in the assigned territory.
- Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.
- Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins with assigned accounts and/ or territory/region on products or services.
- Drive business with the highest integrity and compliance
- Able to handle crucial communication/ discussion and decision-making
- Knowledge & rapport of renowned Neuro/Ent/P&R/Spine surgeons within the territory.

- Strong communications – sound business acumen
- Whilst a Degree in Biology / Engg, or equivalent, is nice to have, of equal value is a strong Sales experience in a relevant industry (B.E / B.Pharma/Bio.Tech/MBA/Any Science Graduate)
- Ability to drive business success through demonstrating consistent and impressive sales growth over a period of time.
- Proven record of successful selling of similar products.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce / or Equivalent Sales Management Program to drive the business.
- Extensive field visits and travelling within the assigned geography.
- Technical ability to demonstrate microscopy equipment.
- Exposure to Channel Partner management (especially in the South Region)
- In addition, excellent demonstration skills within an Operation theatre environment would be a distinct advantage.
