- Handling calls (inbound calling process) for already acquired HNI clients with post-sales hand-holding and deliverables
- Understanding the client’s campaign and coordinating the same with various internal stakeholders including design, product, operations etc. to ensure smooth functionality of the advertisement product / online listing
- Creating a high trust value proposition and making clients understand the various product offerings and the functionalities of the 99acres website
- Solving queries related to optimum usage of opted services with quality inputs and providing resolution within the defined TAT
- Coordinating with other departments on a daily basis and following up with them diligently
- Working on different CRM’s and reporting tools ensuring productivity and quality standards are being met as expected
