Job Description
- MIS Reporting and Analysis
- Make presentations on trends, quarterly / annual analysis, other ER reporting.
- Liaises on behalf of statutory filing of the region.
- Vendor invoicing and payments.
- Audit of HR practices and/or policies.
- Coordination & Planning of ER related initiatives
- Opportunity to work on global ER projects
- Knowledge of the working experience with AI tools such as Co-pilot will be a bonus
- The apprentices are supposed to exercise due care and diligence, whereby the areas, which the incumbent is in charge of, are organized and controlled.
- Apprentices must follow good standards of market, business and personal behavior, showing integrity in the performance of duties.
