Job description For Antigen Manufacturing
- Handling of anchorage dependent mammalian cell cultures
- To perform cell culture and virus culture activities.
- Preparation and maintenance of cell banks (Master and Working seed banks)
- Revival of cell banks in TC flasks
- Preparation of Bioreactors and cell expansion process in bioreactors
- GMP documentation such as writing of SOPs and managing BPRs
- Handling of cell growth in TC flasks from T525 to CS40
- Working in classified areas, media preparation, sterile filtrations and operation of SS Bioreactors of up to 200L
- Cell culture process understanding and trouble shoot of process equipments.
- Managing a small team of officers and training them the process operations. Helping them in their skills and personal development.
- Operation of Metabolite analyzers, cell counters and microscopic observation of cells.
