Essential Duties for Associate Functional Support
- Collaborate closely with diverse corporate leaders, domain reps, and other stakeholders. Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet stated business needs as outlined in User Stories, GapsTasks in development operations.
- Provide system support and maintenance in accordance with the ERP Services Delivery model’s standards and processes, West policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements, such as Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA GMP/GXP.
- Create and facilitate system lifecycle and computer validation documents in compliance with West policies and procedures, including the development and maintenance of procedures and job aids.
- Support system and data monitoring tasks. Assist senior team members and supervisors with incident management, Dev Ops sprint management, data analysis, and interface monitoring.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Primary contact point for end consumers through phone, chat, and self-service tickets.
- Triage tickets to relevant teams.Regular updates and follow-ups on tickets in the queue.
- Follow-up tickets till closure Responsibilities include managing complex technical tasks and working in a 24/7 environment.
- Experience in remote support and troubleshooting skills. Understanding the Basics Hardware Accessories, Devices, and Peripherals.
