Requirements Customer Support Specialist: 1. Communicating Pricing Details: Communicate pricing details to partners and distributors based on the agreed pricing matrix. 2. Providing Timely Updates: Provide timely availability and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) updates to direct customers, partners, and distributors. 3. Order Management: Manage the order loading process into the system to ensure accurate and timely processing. 4. Vendor Management: Identify local vendors as per specific needs and assist in negotiating local supplies. Project Manager- Service Delivery: 1. Solution understanding & discussion with Sales/Presales Team 2. Conduct site surveys as per project requirement 3. Vendor management 4. Scope of work preparation 5. Submit project pre-requisite document to customer 6. Project plan preparation Skills Customer Support Specialist: 1. Proven experience in customer support, logistics coordination, or related roles, preferably in a global or multinational environment. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently. 4. Proficiency in using SAP is must , MS Office applications and experience with any other ERP systems (Oracle) is a plus. Project Manager- Service Delivery: 1. Strong leadership and team management skills are required to ensure project success. 2. Excellent communication skills in stakeholder management and reporting. 3. Experience with project planning, scheduling, and risk management. 4. In-depth understanding of service delivery models and process optimization. |
