Big Basket hiring Customer Service Associates/ Operation Controller/ Pricing Executive

Job Responsibility For Customer Service Associates Role

  • Customer Support: Providing prompt and efficient customer support through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media. Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing their concerns or complaints.
  • Order Processing: Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery details. Coordinating with relevant teams to track order status, resolve any discrepancies, and provide updates to customers.
  • Information and Product Assistance: Providing accurate and detailed information about products or services to customers. Assisting customers in product selection, providing recommendations, and addressing any questions they may have.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identifying and troubleshooting customer issues or technical problems. Resolving customer complaints or escalating them to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Complaint Handling: Managing customer complaints or escalations, investigating issues, and taking necessary steps to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.

Job Responsibility For Operation Controller Role

  • Operational Planning: Collaborating with management and other teams to develop operational plans and strategies that align with organizational goals. Analyzing operational requirements, forecasting resource needs, and developing action plans to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and evaluating key operational metrics, performance indicators, and targets to assess operational effectiveness. Identifying areas of improvement, analyzing trends, and proposing solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement within operations to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. Implementing process enhancements and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Assisting in the development of operational budgets and monitoring actual performance against budgeted targets. Analyzing costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing measures to control expenses.
  • Risk Management: Assessing operational risks, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and developing risk mitigation strategies. Implementing controls and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
