What You Will Be Doing As Risk and Compliance Associate

• Risk Assessment: Conducting risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization. This involves analyzing processes, systems, and controls to assess the likelihood and impact of risks.
• Compliance Monitoring: Monitoring and ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This includes reviewing processes, procedures, and documentation to verify compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Policy Development: Assisting in the development and implementation of risk management and compliance policies and procedures. This may involve creating and updating policies, guidelines, and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Internal Controls: Evaluating and enhancing internal controls to minimize the organization’s exposure to risk. This includes reviewing and recommending improvements to processes, systems, and controls to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
• Compliance Training: Assisting in the design and delivery of compliance training programs for employees. This involves educating staff on regulatory requirements, ethical conduct, and best practices to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.

What You Will Be Doing As Sales Operations Associate-Inside Sales

• Sales Support: Assisting the inside sales team with administrative tasks and providing support throughout the sales process. This may include managing customer inquiries, preparing sales materials, creating sales reports, and updating customer data in the CRM system.
• Sales Analytics: Analyzing sales data and generating insights to support decision-making. This involves monitoring sales metrics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing reports and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes. This includes evaluating existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and proposing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and sales performance.
• Sales Forecasting and Planning: Assisting in sales forecasting and demand planning activities. This involves analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other factors to support accurate sales projections and resource allocation.
