Role & Responsibilities For Customer Support (International Voice Process)

• Taking US patient inbound calls.
• Scheduling/rescheduling patient appointment.
• Helping patients with requested information.
• Utilizing the correct Practice & protocol document.
• Dealing with empathy and maintaining a positive demeanor while on call with patient.
• Escalating case to concern person if required.

Preferred candidate profile For Customer Support

• Should have good typing skills (25-30 wpm).
• Should have good English communication skills (both oral and written).
• Knowledge of US Healthcare would be an added advantage.
