Roles & Responsibilities For Customer Project Manager
- Responsible to drive profit improvement activities, e.g. Add on Sales and Cost Saving
- Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources, and plans and monitor all activities
- Responsible for Project delivery contracts towards customers, with optimum resource cost and time. This include:
- Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues. Also ensure that lessons learnt are well documented after project closure and stored in specified repository.
- Handle project finance and budgeting. Ensure project structure in the financial system is in place and monitored / reported regularly
- Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
- Responsible to plan, organize the project governance meetings for different projects at different levels and report the same to Steering committees/PMO and key stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met and Ericsson contractual obligations are delivered
- Responsible to drive improvement programs for Service Line, as required. Prepare business case for securing new tools and new automation rules. Drive identified automations to bring operational efficiencies to reduce cost & human errors
- Responsible to contribute to contract preparation with the pre-sales team for new deals
Roles & Responsibilities For Automation Manager
- Drive engagements towards set partners and organizations in Network Operations service delivery, network roll-out and network optimisation domain
- Establish Automation, AI & Analytics (AAA) India team and Transformation vision and strategy in set scope to drive business value through automation & Artificial Intelligence offerings
- Influence Customer unit level priorities and roadmap to successfully handle the groundbreaking aspects of Ericsson’s automation and digitalization journey
- Manage overall program steering in the unit(s), performance, benefits realization, and long-term transformation agenda
- Manage identification, assessment, and prioritization of opportunities through discovery assessments and align commitment with respective unit sponsors
- Collaborate with partners at different levels in the units and champion change and transformation enablement
