Responsibilities for Customer Service Voice
- Answer customer calls and address their questions and concerns professionally.
- Collect and support data to recover accounts of customers or to handle customer requests.
- Keep a comprehensive knowledge of client processes, products and company policies.
- Keeping up to date with processes, products and polices.Company policies.
- Reproduce the customer reported issues and escalate any product or technical bugs to higher teams, when needed.
- Provide first-class customer service and positively contribute to customer satisfaction indicators.
- Maintain quality during every customer interaction as per company process.
- Fluent and professional English (Hindi is a plus).
Eligibility Criteria
- This is open to any Graduate. (Not suitable for candidates who have Law or Diploma qualifications)
- Experience: Freshers <2 years in a Voice Process.
- Eligible (Pass Out 2021-2026).
- Must have excellent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Be able to perform well in rotational/flexible shifts.
