- We need to answer any questions that customers have about the products and services we offer well as their accounts.
- When we talk to customers we have to be very clear and polite.
- We must be able to communicate with customers in English and understand what they are saying.
- It is our job to make sure that the information we have about customers is correct and up to date in our system.
- We have to follow the rules of our company and make sure that we are doing our jobs well.
- Sometimes we need to send customers to departments to get the help they need.
