Responsibilities of a Support Engineer:

• Support customers over the phone, by email, chat or ticketing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware and network problems.
• Recognise technical problems and diagnose them.
• Install, configure and maintain application and systems.
• Monitor system performance and system’s operation.
• Leverage complicated problems to higher level engineers or development teams if necessary.
• Produce accurate Customer problems, solutions and trouble shooting reports.
• Give user information on products properties and recommendations for use.

Eligibility Criteria

• Basic knowledge of Operating systems (OS) like Windows, Linux.
• Knowledge of hardware and software problems and solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Database and SQL or Cloud platform is considered.
• Proficient knowledge of technical support tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Very good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Very good verbal skills and written skills.
• Flexibility with work shifts, overtime and/or on call as required.
• Open and ready to embrace new technologies and respond to changing environments.
• Independence in work and/or group work.
