Responsibilities
- Resolve similar technical and other operational issues by implementing the standard operating processes and procedures.
- Owning support application maintenance, cloud operations and IT infrastructure activities
- Collaborate with members of the team and report progress to the direct supervisor.
- Help implement solutions for automation to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor applications and systems to quickly identify and troubleshoot incidents.

- Understanding of Cloud technologies, application supports or IT Operations is a plus
