• Do infrastructure service and operations management for on-premises and cloud technologies.
• Manage and operate the infrastructure and operations according to the service and experience level agreements.
• Ensure the proper and safe use of IT systems.
• Identify ways to continually improve services and increase operational effectiveness.
• Oversee and oversee continued delivery and improvements of services.
• Support programme management and enhance the quality of Technology Delivery.
• Track and manage activities of the project management office in the Technology Delivery Centers.

Eligibility Criteria for SASA

• Qualifications: Non engineering degree with under/Post graduate (B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.Com, B.A. (except engineering)E/B.BTech, ME/Mtech, MCA or MSc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/ Data Science/Computer Science & Applications) with any year of passing till 2024.
• No current backlog, and no backlog at time of application and/or onboarding.
• The degree must be obtained within the time limit of the course (relevant to this position), which means there should be no breaks within the course. A BBA will be completed at the end of 3 years of studies and a M. will be completed at the end of 6 years of studies.Sc (PG) in 2 years.
• Applicants have to wait for 3 months after completion of the recruitment assessment / interview process at Accenture before reapplying.
• There should not be more than 23 months of relevant full-time work experience for the applicant.
• All candidates should be citizen of India or have the relevant work permit documents. However, it is worth noting that Bhutan and Nepal nationals with work visa are not allowed to work in India. All other foreign nationals must have a work visa or Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to work in India.
