Roles & Responsibilities For Quality Control
- Carrying out the required R&D processes for pharmaceutical products and their processes.
- Design and formulate experiments, as well as execute them in accordance with the hiring of a given project.
- Assist with the drug discovery, process, and analytical development work.
- Interpret data and write and/or prepare the relevant documentation.
- Write and keep detailed records of work performed in the laboratories, in accordance with the relevant SOPs and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP, GLP, and other applicable quality standards.
- Build and maintain working relationships with all necessary stakeholders, including Analytical R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production.
- Analyze and troubleshoot methods, processes, and workflows, as well as optimize them for both manufacturing and analytical work.
- Assist in the transfer of workflows and processes, as well as the scaling of processes, from the laboratory to a pilot or commercial scale.
- Be aware of the time related constraints on a given process and/or an activity, and ensure that the processes and/or activities with which you are working are performed in a timely manner.

- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical research and lab practices.
- Familiarity with cGMP and GLP and regulatory requirement compliance.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Preparation of technical reports, documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
