Responsibility For Graduate Engineer Trainee
- The Site Head monitors port performance and operational efficiency.
- Know and interpret key operational metrics and identify performance problems.
- Help implement business plans and operations.
- You will be the go-to person for all areas of the business including operations, marine, maintenance, HSE, finance, and HR.
- Know the objectives of the site and ensure all areas and departments are working towards them.
- You will lead and organize internal checks and follow-ups.
- You will create a reports to identify site performance trends, risks, and areas that require the most focus.
- You will generate site performance reports daily (cargo throughput, site performance revenue reports, etc.).
