- Help with network service and make adjustments to network hardware.
- Record problems and solutions.
- Carry out the proposed improvements to network service during the downtime that has been planned.
- Use the correct methods of documenting the downtime that has been.
- Work with the necessary people and groups to fix problems.
- Help with assessing the quality of network services and help with the plan for the network services.
- Follow the network security and the standard operating procedures that involve the network.
- Document and prepare a report that summarize outages in the network and the service changes that were made to the network.
Skills Required For Network Operations Residency Program
- Bachelor’s Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with equivalent practical experience.
