Key Responsibilities:
- Help implement and maintain Data pipelines to ingest, transform and validate data from diverse source systems.
- Support data transformations using SQL and Python following engineering standards.
- Support in data quality and reconciliation process and also help in basic troubleshooting of data issues.
- Engage in writing data pipelines, table definitions and engineering artifacts.
Learning & Engineering Practices - Gain knowledge and use current best practices in data engineering, such as ELT/ETL pipelines, version control, and the basics of CI/CD.

- Data Governance & Compliance
- Implement and follow data governance, security and access control principles.
- Support the implementation of simple data validation and/or audit columns and/or control checks for enterprise and/or finance data.
Required Qualification:
- Exposure to data engineering or analytics is a plus.
- An attitude to learn and a comfort level to receive feedback.
- A plus is having a good level of analytical skills along with good communication skills.
- Teamwork is a must.
- Coursework or projects including at least one of the major five cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- No prior experience with Snowflake, Spark or Data integration tools (e.g., ADF) is fine.
- Having data pipelines or databases among your previous projects big plus.
- A strong interest in the finance or enterprise data sectors is a big plus.
