Roles and Responsibilities For Principal Process Executive
- Deal with complex reconciliations queries in a clear and succinct manner, supporting the Reconciliation Team Leader and escalating any issues up to more senior staff when necessary.
- Carry out a range of intricate reconciliation and support functions/projects, doing so with accuracy within pressured deadlines for all client and non-client money reconciliations in accordance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Be an effective contributor to the reconciliation workload of the team, while meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
- Leverage learning and knowledge of the technical side of regulatory rules, reconciliation processing, internal systems An active participant in process improvements and control or service enhancement suggestions.
- Comply at all times with Equiniti reconciliation processes, internal controls and reporting requirements and any regulatory or statutory requirements that are applicable, including those in relation to client money protection.
- Perform complex and regular reconciliation tasks at the level required by business need.
- Conduct all duties in line with regulatory requirements, Principles for Business and guidance.
- Conduct all reconciliation work within Equiniti’s security environment and violation of these standards might lead to disciplinary action.
- Make certain all reconciliation duties are taken to completion in the implemented quality system.
