Aon is Hiring freshers to work as Analysts in Noida, Bengaluru and Gurugram. During this position, you will apply actuarial tools and software in conducting valuations and projections. You will keep up with the rules, regulations and guidelines in relation to retirees and healthcare plans and assist in making sure that all this is in line with the requirements of compliance. Reporting, presentation and summary of actuarial data to team members, senior management and clients, explaining complex data in a simple manner are also some of the roles you will do. Together with this, you will continue to be informed on the new trends in the actuarial profession through workshops, seminars and certifications. You will help the senior team members to work professionally on time and demonstrate a sharp logical thinking to ensure that your work is clear to other people.

What You Will Be Doing
- Programming and tools Actuarial software and tools are used to carry out actuarial value and projections.
- Keep abreast with the applicable regulations, guidelines, and legislations that govern retirement plans and Healthcare plans. Make sure that the requirements of the regulatory authorities are met and ensure that reports and documentation to the regulatory authorities are prepared.
- Write reports, presentations, and summaries of actuarial results to internal stakeholders, senior management and clients. Explain complicated actuarial facts and findings to non-technical users.
- Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the actuarial profession, such as through seminars, workshops, and through relevant professional qualifications.
- Helping our senior team members offer expert, timely, efficient and professional service delivery of our onshore consultants.
- Be able to express logical thinking and come up with properly presented work that can be easily understood.
