Role and responsibilities of an Consulting Leader

  • Business prospecting – Support Domestic Segment Sales Leader in Business development
  • Understand the benefit delivery / enrolment process and work with vendors in process setup to support new technology deployments
  • To develop new clients (large clients) for Health Solutions and support sales teams on developing business case using benefit trends / new benefit design structures to the clients.
  • The incumbent will cultivate and coordinate significant prospect connections while also outlining and implementing a penetration strategy for current clients in the area.
  • Support new clients through the onboarding process
  • Benefits Consulting
  • Support existing clients with benefit trend discussions to boost cross-selling opportunities and project initiation.
  • Work on developing thought leadership including whitepapers that highlight the intellectual capital of the team
  • Support the team with custom trend analysis, insurance solutioning and presentation preparation, benefit communications in specific use cases
  • Product & Industry Solutions (Sub-Responsibility)
  • The Product Solutions sub-role is accountable for growing the footprint of specific product areas. Insurance products in scope include (1) Outpatient Benefits, (2) Flexible Benefits, (3) IPMI/Expatriate Benefits and (4) Benefits Advisory (5) Emerging products like Gratuity, Disability Income or others as advised
  • The Industry Solutions sub-role is accountable for growing the footprint of Aon HS benefit broking solutions to new clients in target industry segments. Target industries include (1) Technology (IT/ITES including GCC) (2) Financial Institutions (3) Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences (4) Engineering & Manufacturing & (5) General Industry

Role and responsibilities of an Process Analyst

  • Bridge movement and information between business teams in the form of structured interviews or workshops to capture requirements and current state.
  • Microsoft Visio or other recognized process mapping and BPM software
  • Process improvement experts (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belts); work as teammates to develop efficient future state process map.
  • Conduct process reviews with partners, identify gaps in the flows, and incorporate feedback into process improvements.
  • During transitions/migrations, will work as part of the team to help document process;ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Analysis and Process Mapping to support the business against quick wins or improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize basic planning, problem solving and analytical techniques to support process improvement initiatives.
  • translate key process performance metrics; use this knowledge to engineer improvements
  • As processes change, keep process documentation current and document version control.
