Responsibilities of an Early Talent, Inclusion & Brand Intern
- Formulate Talent Strategy: Track APAC university hiring trends and pinpoint potential strong partnership and talent pipelines.
- Drive Early Careers Engage: Build and maintain connections with the current interns and early career hires throughout the region to help them grow and have an excellent Intern/Graduate work experience.
- Research and Reporting on Top Practices: Research and write stories on new ways that companies are recruiting, hiring, and retaining early career employees.
- Turn on ERGs: Assist with the launch of global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), their plans for engagement, and inclusive activities across the regions.
- Progress Wellbeing: Chart the landscape for wellbeing across APAC and advise on best in class practices to improve employee experiences.
- Aptiv -.apore Elevate Employer Brand: where necessary you will be working on campaigns and activation strategies to showcase Aptiv as an employer of choice in EMEA and APAC.
- Provide Global Insights: Extract and share common trends, success stories and opportunities of ERGs in APAC with global leadership.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Own quarterly projects around branding, engagement, or early careers – and get real results.
- Visibility and voice Spotlight Aptiv: Keep up to date on new trends, tool and partners that increase our visibility and voice in the talent market place.
- Tell the Story: Craft brief reports, presentations and updates that illustrate the impacts and progress of the project.
Major Accountabilities of an Associate Engineer :
- Making test set-up for electrical and electronic device products (like automotive fuse boxes, PDUs, RF wireless devices, connectors etc.)
- Deriving test plans based on product specifications and international standards
- Execute validation tests ( DV & PV)of new products during development
- Environmental Test Chambers-Ensuring utilization.
- Expertise in using various instruments – oscilloscope, LLCR, DMM, LabView , different power sources like electronic loads, AC / DC power supplies etc.
- Tear down/Failure analysis of components in case of deviation from specification
- Evaluate test results and perform analysis
- Co-ordinating calibration and service of electrical / electronic test / measuring equipment
- Communicating with product design team and customer regarding validation test aspects.
